La Clínica Zayma en aras de fortalecer su capacidad en la generación de conocimiento para la calidad de sus servicios y requiere contar con una estructura formal de la investigación, de manera que se garantice el desarrollo de estudios y la participación en investigaciones regionales e internacionales. La presente práctica empresarial diseñó el procedimiento de investigación en la IPS Clínica Zayma S.A.S. de la ciudad de Montería. Esta práctica es de tipo descriptivo, documental y de enfoque cualitativo, de acuerdo con lo que se maneja en instituciones de salud a nivel nacional e internacional. Así mismo, se tuvo en cuenta documentos de los registros institucionales, lineamientos, y documentos relacionados con los recursos clínicos y administrativos disponibles en la IPS. También se hizo una encuesta con preguntas abiertas a dos directivos (asistencial y administrativo) para contribuir al diseño el procedimiento. De acuerdo con dicha información, se procedió a realizar al diseño del procedimiento de investigación para la IPS, lo cual permitió una ruta a seguir en materia de investigación e innovación y hacer el correspondiente diseño. Se espera que la Clínica Zayma S.A.S. aproveche este diseño para su estudio, aprobación y consecución de las oportunidades en ciencia y tecnología, la consecución de alianzas estratégicas y sea referente en investigación en la región de Córdoba, mejorando la atención al paciente y su capacidad competitiva.Scientific research in health has proven to be key to improving medical care and developing innovative treatments. Clínica Zayma, in order to strengthen its capacity to generate knowledge for the quality of its services, requires a formal research structure to ensure the development of studies and participation in regional and international research. This business practice designed the research procedure at IPS Clínica Zayma S.A.S. in the city of Montería. This practice is descriptive, documentary, and qualitative in nature, in line with what is practiced in national and international healthcare institutions. Likewise, documents from institutional registries, guidelines, and documents related to the clinical and administrative resources available at the IPS were taken into account. A survey with open questions was also conducted with two managers (healthcare and administrative) to contribute to the design of the procedure. Based on this information, the research procedure for the IPS was designed, which provided a path to follow in terms of research and innovation and the corresponding design. It is expected that Clínica Zayma S.A.S. will leverage this design to study, approve, and pursue opportunities in science and technology, forge strategic alliances, and become a benchmark in research in the Córdoba region, improving patient care and its competitiveness.INTRODUCCIÓN 151.
