Education (icfes) through the registration and advice of the processes related to the preparation of the Saber Pro tests. When considering a series of problems that limits and hinders the activities that must be carried out, from misspelled names to misinformation on the part of the student when registering at Icfes, which generates discord between students and coordinators.
