The evaluation of the patient safety program at the vascular clinic in Bogotá, allowed us to obtain precise data on the level of compliance compared with the standards, for this, a checklist and evaluation are applied to the collaborating staff of the institution, with which we obtain relevant information to assess compliance in each component of the program.
