Evaluar la oportunidad en el manejo integral a víctimas de violencia sexual en menores de 14 años que consultan a una institución hospitalaria de Sahagún Córdoba Metodología. Basado en el paradigma positivista de enfoque cuantitativo; enmarcado como investigación descriptiva, aplicada y documental. Población y muestra fueron 26 casos reportados por violencia sexual al SIVIGILA en Sahagún durante los años 2021 a 2023. Para el análisis de la variable atención integral oportuna, se utilizarán los datos disponibles de una población constituida por 7 menores de 14 años víctimas de violencia sexual que consultaron al Hospital San Juan de Sahagún. Resultados. El porcentaje de violencia sexual en la niñez es del 73% en la pubertad obteniéndose la razón estadística de 2:1 indicativa que por cada 2 púber un individuo en etapa de niñez es abusado. El sexo corresponde a femenino (96.2%) y 3.8% masculino; el 73% ocurrió en adolescentes, la media (50%) consulta antes de 72 horas de la agresión denotando que en la comunidad no hay claridad donde acudir ante esta situación; 96,2% habitan en estrato social 1 (25 casos) mientras que el 3,8% pertenece a estrato social 2. Con relación a vulnerabilidad, se identificaron migrantes, discapacitados y 2 víctimas que terminaron en embarazo adolescente. Conclusión. En la totalidad de los casos evaluados mediante revisión de historias clínicas existieron dificultades para la oportunidad en el manejo integral a víctimas de violencia sexual menores de 14 años que consultaron al Hospital San Juan de Sahagún-Córdoba durante 2023.Aim.
