To achieve that Government goal, the Ministry of Education has been in charge of making the necessary educational policies, programs, projects etc. to ensure and optimize the quality of the English as a foreign language (EFL) teaching and learning. The present paper starts to present the internship at the secretary of education of Monteria. The internship was held through the ‘Estado Joven program’ of the Ministry of labor.
