In the course of the development of the practice, the main objective was to analyze the quality of the fruit, making a profile of a selected bunch from each batch taking 5 samples in each one, it should be noted that in this process several specifications of the bunch are taken as is the length and degree of the fingers found in the sub-basal and apical hands, age of the fruit, number of hands, total weight of the first fruit, total weight of the fruit used or second fruit, stem weight and weight of defects found, in the latter we found defects characterized by harvest, cultivation, diseases and pests and environmental causes, focusing only on nontolerable environmental defects in prime shipments that affect production.
