Sin embrago, al hablar de salud mental materna, se debe considerar que, durante la etapa prenatal y periodo perinatal, existen diferentes factores de riesgo que podrían hacer a una mujer más proclive a desarrollar una psicopatología, de esta forma, durante el confinamiento y/o pos confinamiento se tiene en cuenta que el sistema de salud en el Departamento de Córdoba, afrontan nuevas experiencias acompañadas de los cambios fisiológicos que conlleva este la situaciones de estrés y ansiedad en las mujeres gestantes, ya que, son más propensas a padecer de crisis mentales en ese periodo. De este modo, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo proponer estrategias para mejorar la accesibilidad, oportunidad, calidad e intervención integral en la salud mental de la población gestante, primer trimestre de 2022 en una IPS de la ciudad de Montería, Córdoba.Maternal mental health is a topic within health care that has been gaining strength worldwide, which is reflected in the protocol of care program contained in the current comprehensive care route. However, when talking about maternal mental health, it should be considered that, during the prenatal stage and perinatal period, there are different risk factors that could make a woman more inclined to develop a psychopathology; In this way, during the pandemic of COVID-19, with regard to the situation of pregnant women, it is taken into account that the health system in the Department of Córdoba faces new experiences accompanied by the physiological changes that this type of patients in a state of pregnancy entails, since, they are more likely to suffer from anguish in that period.
