Atencia Soto, Armando JavierMacea Arroyo, Diana PatriciaMiranda Ruiz, Vanessa Esther2023-02-202023-02-202023-02-17https://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.co/handle/ucordoba/7146El presente trabajo de aplicación y profundización se refiere al diseño documental para el cumplimiento de estándares mínimos según la resolución 0312 de 2019 del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de la “Fundación Para El Desarrollo Comunitario De La Iglesia Cristo El Salvador” en Cotorra-Córdoba, empresa comprometida con la defensa de la niñez en condición de pobreza y dedicada a impulsar el crecimiento integral del niño y adolescente de escasos recursos, con el objetivo de librarlos de su pobreza espiritual, física, cognitiva y socioemocional. La metodología consiste en realizar un diagnóstico inicial del estado de la Fundación frente a los requisitos que establece la resolución 0312 de 2019. Posteriormente se realiza la identificación de peligros, evaluación y valoración de los riesgos para cada uno de los procesos de la organización, aplicando la metodología de la GTC-45 determinando así, los controles adecuados para evitar accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades laborales que puedan llegar afectar a los trabajadores. A partir de los resultados encontrados en las dos actividades anteriores, se establece a nivel documental todos los requisitos de acuerdo con los estándares referidos en la resolución.This application and deepening work refers to the documentary design for compliance with minimum standards according to resolution 0312 of 2019 of the occupational health and safety management system of the "Fundación para el Desarrollo Comunitario de la Iglesia Cristo El Salvador" in Cotorra-Córdoba, a company committed to the defense of children in poverty and dedicated to promoting the integral growth of children and adolescents with limited resources, with the aim of freeing them from their spiritual, physical, cognitive and socio-emotional poverty. The methodology consists of carrying out an initial diagnosis of the status of the Foundation against the requirements established by resolution 0312 of 2019. Subsequently, the identification of hazards, evaluation and assessment of risks is carried out for each of the organization's processes, applying the GTC-45 methodology, thus determining the appropriate controls to avoid accidents at work and occupational diseases that may affect workers.
