Barrera Violeth, José LuisAnaya Caraballo, Alba LuzMarimón Lozano, Roger AlejandroGamarra Fariño, Claudia Inés2024-01-232024-01-232024-01-22https://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.co/handle/ucordoba/8074La pasantía se realizó en el periodo de Julio a Diciembre del 2022 en la Universidad de Córdoba en la ejecución del proyecto de seguridad alimentaria identificado con código BPIN2020000100757, en el marco del desarrollo del objetivo 1, que tuvo como finalidad: “Contribuir a la seguridad alimentaria en las comunidades urbanas y periurbanas afectadas por la COVID 19 mediante la transferencia de tecnologías y conocimiento.” Para ello, se desarrollaron actividades en agroecosistemas diversos donde se vincularon 150 familias pertenecientes al municipio de Lorica con el objetivo de brindarles acompañamiento y seguimiento técnico en el establecimiento de unidades productivas con cultivos principales de hortalizas. En el desarrollo de esta actividad se hizo enfoque en estrategia de acompañamiento técnico integral (ATI), entregas de insumos y herramientas como apoyo al desarrollo de las actividades de transferencia de conocimiento y de producción de sus propios alimentos a través de patios productivos. En esta actividad se logró que las familias vinculadas adoptaran oportunamente las recomendaciones brindadas, lo cual se vio reflejado en la elaboración de semilleros, manejo apropiado del riego y cuidado de las unidades productivas, lo que llevó a que fueran capaces de explotar de una manera racional el suelo y utilizar los recursos necesarios para producir hortalizas de clima cálido en sus hogares, contribuyendo a una mejor calidad de vida a través de alimentos sanos e inocuos.The internship was carried out in the period from July to December 2022 at the University of Córdoba in the execution of the food security project identified with code BPIN2020000100757, in the framework of the development of objective 1, which aimed to: "Contribute to food security in urban and peri-urban communities affected by COVID 19 through the transfer of technologies and knowledge". To this end, activities were developed in diverse agro-ecosystems where 150 families belonging to the municipality of Lorica were linked with the objective of providing them with accompaniment and technical follow-up in the establishment of productive units with main vegetable crops. This activity focused on a strategy of integral technical assistance (ATI), delivery of inputs and tools to support the development of knowledge transfer activities and the production of their own food through productive patios.
