VIDASINÚ de la ciudad de Montería vigencia 2019-2022, con lo que se busca establecer la aplicación de los lineamientos y estándares para la atención materno perinatal, los cuales contribuyen a la promoción de la salud y al mejoramiento de los resultados en salud mediante la atención integral en salud, con un eje central del mejoramiento continuo que es una de las fases para lograr la calidad total en la prestación de los servicios de salud. Partiendo de lo anterior, se analizaron los diferentes procedimientos involucrados en la prestación del servicio para realizar la detección de alteraciones desde la etapa preconcepcional y la gestación para garantizar la maternidad segura en toda la red de prestación de servicios de la E.S.E. VIDASINÚ.For the development of this research, the main objective was to analyze the maternalperinatal route and the impact on the mother-child binomial in the E.S.E. VIDASINÚ of the city of Montería in the period 2019-2022.
