Its general objective was to provide technical assistance to the strategic alliance model in the cultivation of oil palm of the company hacienda las flores S.A located in María la Baja (BOL). The purpose of the technical assistance in the alliance model was to provide support to the operational coordinator in all technical activities that are required for the fulfillment of the main goals of the project and the correct operation of the alliance; provide training and advice to farmers in the cultural tasks of the crop that is the object of the strategic alliance; Carry out periodic technical assistance visits to each of the lots of the beneficiaries, among others. Moreover, it was possible to identify as a result of the technical assistance that the model of strategic alliances in the cultivation of oil palm in the municipality of María la Baja (Bol), has allowed to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants, generating employment and activating the economy with the help of an integrating entity which has managed resources, strengthened the relationship between banks and palm growers.INTRODUCCION....................................................................................................................121.
