Esta iniciativa surgió a partir de la normativa interna de la administración, que en su reglamento interno estipula la necesidad de contar con dicho plan. Para cumplir con este requisito, se realizó una recolección de información primaria y secundaria de todas las empresas que ocupan las bodegas dentro del área del centro logístico. El objetivo fue proporcionar un soporte sólido al Plan de Manejo Ambiental y, a su vez, informar a las empresas encuestadas sobre el proceso de creación de dicho plan. Después de llevar a cabo las encuestas, se procedió a organizar y gestionar la información obtenida mediante la creación de una base de datos, facilitando así una mejor comprensión de los datos recopilados. Para llevar a cabo todo este trabajo, se requirió el apoyo de un practicante, quien actuó como garante ambiental y brindó apoyo en todos los procesos correspondientes al ingeniero ambiental del centro logístico.The San Jerónimo Logistics and Industrial Center, located in Montería, Córdoba, carried out a process for the creation and implementation of the Environmental Management Plan. This initiative stemmed from the administration's internal regulations, which in its internal rules stipulates the necessity of having such a plan. To meet this requirement, primary and secondary information was collected from all the companies occupying the warehouses within the logistics center area. The objective was to provide solid support for the Environmental Management Plan and, in turn, inform the surveyed companies about the creation process of said plan. After conducting the surveys, the gathered information was organized and managed by creating a database, thus facilitating a better understanding of the collected data. To accomplish this work, the support of an intern was required, who acted as an environmental guarantor and provided assistance in all processes related to the environmental engineer of the logistics center.1.
