En la IPS Damosalud se hace necesario estandarizar los conceptos referentes al sistema de referencia y Contrarreferencia a nivel institucional, con base a la normatividad legal del país por ello se realiza una intervención estratégica para formular el manual que describe el procedimiento de referencia y contra referencia de pacientes de consulta externa que asisten a la IPS Damosalud Ltda, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a la normatividad vigente en calidad y propender por la mejora continua de los procesos inherentes a la atención en salud. La intervención tiene tres etapas: la primera, revisión documental de normas y modelos de manuales; segundo elaboración del manual y tercero socialización y validación de este.
