For this, a diagnosis was carried out in order to evaluate the general conditions regarding solid waste management within the complex through surveys and the application of checklists. The SWOT analysis describes the main weaknesses, opportunities, strengths and threats; It was possible to evidence the ignorance of some residents regarding the separation at the source and shortcomings related to the security measures and signaling in the solid waste storage unit.
