The objective is to develop an intervention program to progressively reduce the increase in glosses in the health sector following the logical framework methodology, where it starts from a tree of problems, the causes of the increase in glosses are identified. , the actors, the strategies, goals and intervention objectives were established having as a pillar strategies focused on the implementation of a gloss management model that allows not only to manage them, but also to identify where the faults are found to establish corrections that translate into in the improvement of billing processes, effective response to glosses and portfolio recovery. The proposal made seeks to strengthen and optimize resources for a better functioning of the Health Provider Institutions, guaranteeing a comprehensive administrative strengthening, reducing errors in billing, increasing the filing of invoices that comply with the requirements of the law, thus obtaining a better control and results in the billing process.RESUMEN xABSTRACT xi1.
