Jiménez Caldera, Juan EduardoGonzález Molina, Karina María2020-10-192020-10-192020-10-18https://repositorio.unicordoba.edu.co/handle/ucordoba/3448The objective of this research was to analyze the distribution and accessibility of public health facilities such as Camu (center of urban median care), health posts (the two with level of care I) and the Hospital San Diego de Cereté (with level of care II), in the municipality of Cereté. The study has been carried out with the help of GIS, using the spatial analysis technique of the nearest neighbor and network analysis, such tools explain the spatial phenomenon; where we want to check whether the distribution and accessibility to health services is adequate in the municipality of Cereté. The results show that public health facilities have a pattern of distribution dispersed over the territory and that it can also be said that the population has optimal accessibility in health posts, while, the Hospital San Diego and the Camu el Prado have optimal accessibility to the surrounding corrections and the left bank of the municipality its accessibility is very unfavourable.1.
