Therefore, the objective of this work is to synthesize knowledge about the role of citizen participation in health issues, and how misinformation can lead to different adversities. It has been identified that the majority of users who go daily to the facilities of the Secretary of Health of Lorica, lack information that they should know, both at an institutional level and their own, that is, in many cases they do not know their own status of affiliation to services Of the health.
