Becoming a teacher is being involved with student´s needs, motivation, fears, it is also an opportunity to demonstrate that making small changes, you get great results, changes such as inspiring students through gestures, activities, showing concern for solving problems in society, changing the voice tone when teaching, providing variety of ways of getting good scores, motivating them, putting on practice team work etc. all of these small changes in teaching are important for helping the students to feel in confidence with the teacher and familiarized with the subject. The aim of this internship is encourage the students in the participation of oral production, for achieving this purpose a proper strategy will be suggested; the use of Task Based Learning. This strategy acts in favor of creating a winsome and enjoyable atmosphere in which students could improve their English level and their oral participation, not only inters of grammar but also in communication. Besides that, the improvement of classroom management was another objective in this process, through effective’s strategies to ensure that student reaches a long-term solution of a social problem and can reflect about it. Furthermore, training teachers based on the suggested curriculum was another objective as pre-service teacher that allowed me to gain experience working with adult’s teachers.1.
