The first step to follow consisted of an analysis of the manual of processes and procedures, a diagnosis was made on the lack of documentation of the procedure according to the current legal regulations. Subsequently, an improvement plan will be implemented for the current personnel dismissal procedure in order to know how this procedure is handled and to ensure that it complies with current legal regulations. The dismissal of personnel in some periods, especially in times of crisis, companies begin a process of downsizing to cope with the turbulence of the changing environment, it is at this point where organizations must make the best decision that favors the goals and objectives of the company, often retain employees who do not perform as they should for fear of affecting the emotions.INTRODUCCIÓN...................................................................................................121.
