En este trabajo, se detalla los objetivos de la investigación, los aspectos corporativos involucrados, la descripción del área de prácticas, el marco teórico utilizado, los materiales y métodos empleados, los resultados obtenidos, las conclusiones alcanzadas y las recomendaciones propuestas. Se destaca la importancia de utilizar herramientas de análisis de datos para tener conclusiones y establecer metas claras para la mejora continua de este. Se comunicarán los resultados obtenidos de la encuesta a el personal del laboratorio clínico, identificaremos las áreas de mejora y se establecerán los objetivos especificados para la mejora continua en la atención al usuario. Se propondrán estrategias para implementar mejoras en el sistema de información y atención al usuario en el área del laboratorio para aumentar la satisfacción del usuario involucrando a todo el personal en el proceso para garantizar el éxito y la sostenibilidad de este; las mejoras realizadas serán con la finalidad de construir el mejor camino para fortalecer y consolidad el laboratorio clínico Damosalud IPS en un posicionamiento de calidad y efectividad en el sector salud.The objective of this proposal for business practices is to Strengthen the information and user service system in the Damosalud IPS clinical laboratory.
