One of the main measures for this is a diagnosis of the implemented system, evaluating it allows us to identify the shortcomings that exist in it and the measures that must be taken to increasingly improve the risks and dangers to which the workers of a company are exposed. This document contains the diagnosis and improvement plan of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System of the Dajud Ophthalmology Clinic, in accordance with the guidelines established in resolution 0312 of 2019, which regulates the minimum standards established for the Management System. Safety and Health at Work SG - SST. Through a checklist carried out based on the aforementioned resolution, the identification of procedures and activities in the internal and external management of the institution is allowed, determining the current status in percentage of compliance with the standard; later facilitating decision-making in processes or activities where shortcomings were detected. Similarly, an improvement plan is designed to promote adequate management and good health practices in those activities and / or processes that affect the health of workers.
