En este contexto, la gestión eficaz de los procesos y el enfoque en la calidad son esenciales para cumplir con las expectativas de todas las partes interesadas. Dentro de la S.C.A.R.E. cada colaborador desempeña un papel crucial en el funcionamiento de la organización, contribuyendo con su experiencia y habilidades al logro de las metas organizacionales. Sin embargo, la auditoría interna reveló la necesidad de estructurar los manuales de funciones de acuerdo con las macro actividades del SGC, buscando una coherencia que potencie la eficacia de los procesos y fomente una cultura de calidad. Por lo que es necesario que los colaboradores comprendan como desde sus funciones y responsabilidades deben estar alineadas con los procesos y los objetivos de calidad y así dar el cumplimiento oportuno de estos. Esta necesidad de establecer un modelo que permita la alineación de los manuales de funciones con el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y las estrategias organizacionales surge como respuesta a la importancia de potenciar el cumplimiento de las macro actividades para asegurar una ejecución eficaz de los procesos y crear una cultura de Calidad. De este modo, el objetivo general de la práctica empresarial es desarrollar e implementar un modelo que permita establecer los roles y responsabilidades de los colaboradores, alineados a las macro actividades de los procesos del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad SGC, en la Sociedad Colombiana de Anestesiología y Reanimación S.C.A.R.E.The Colombian Society of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation S.C.A.R.E. is an organization dedicated to provide excellent services to support human talent in health, where it is distinguished by its commitment to quality and the satisfaction of its members. In this context, effective process management and focus on quality are essential to meet the expectations of all stakeholders. Within S.C.A.R.E., each collaborator plays a crucial role in the operation of the organization, contributing with his experience and skills to the achievement of organizational goals. However, the internal audit revealed the need to structure the function manuals in accordance with the macro activities of the QMS, seeking coherence that enhances the effectiveness of the processes and promotes a culture of quality. Therefore, it is necessary that the collaborators understand how their functions and responsibilities must be aligned with the processes and quality objectives in order to comply with them in a timely manner. This need to establish a model that allows the alignment of function manuals with the Quality Management System and organizational strategies arises in response to the importance of enhancing compliance with macro activities to ensure effective implementation of processes and create a culture of quality. Thus, the general objective of the business practice is to develop and implement a model that allows to establish the roles and responsibilities of the collaborators, aligned to the macro activities of the processes of the Quality Management System QMS, in the Colombian Society of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation S.C.A.R.E.1.
