In the development of the monograph, an analysis is made of the literature on the implementation of quality in education, more precisely in schools in the rural sector of Colombia. Starting from the concept of education, quality and quality in the educational service. We will address different concepts and points of view through a literature review in order to provide a thorough analysis of the topic developed, which will allow us to have more clarity on how the issue of quality in the educational service has evolved and how its implementation is carried out in Colombian rural schools, in addition to all the programs, projects and laws that have been developed by the central government.
