Objective. Determine the organizational climate of an Institution Provider of Visual Health Services in Monteria. Methodology. Descriptive, cross-sectional study with a quantitative approach. An instrument designed in google doc was applied to 85 officials, once the information was obtained, it was analyzed in light of the objectives and variables, they were processed in the excel 2016 database. Results. It was possible to identify the sociodemographic characteristics of the civil servants, the majority being female, with more than 5 years of service, constituting factors that can denote satisfaction with job stability over time. There are factors within the organizational context that can influence the quality of work life, predominating good leadership, communication, interpersonal relationships, missionary fulfillment, opportunities for improvement were found in the physical environment and some aspects of communication. Conclusions. In general, there is a good level of quality of work life, an improvement plan was designed for the quality of work life related to the assessment of the physical environment, a training plan in positive psychology, teamwork and job evaluation.
