    Propuesta de acciones de mejora para controlar el efecto de la tramitología durante la internación para la atención en salud mental

    The purpose of this intervention proposal is to determine the posible cause and effects on the peperwork or managemet during the care for the hospitalization of patients whit mental health effects and with it the inmpairment of their mental health and with it the implementation of actions to improve the health and quality of life of the individual, your family group or caregivers. This in order to generate an impacto n all the actors in charge of the provision and management of the health service for the hospitalization of the patient whit mental disorders. 6 steps and 19 methodological points are adopted for logical framework development; which allow the analysis, the identification of which or factors that intervene in the provision of an adequate health service in mental patients, focused on the administrative field. The objective of this proposal is to evaluate the needs for improvement actions for mental health care aimed at reducing the paperwork for the hospitalization of psychiatric patients in Colombia, normatively oriented in public mental health policies through the following framework methodology logical. The proposal made seeks to evaluate and thereby implement strategies that allow awareness and timely Access from the administrative and care point of view to patients whit mental disorders in order to guarantee an adequate provision of the service as established in the General System of Social Security in Health (SGSSS).

    Arsénico y plomo en especies ícticas de ecosistemas dulceacuícolas en la región de La Mojana sucreña, Colombia

    The Mojana region is located on the Colombian Caribbean coast and is one of the most important ecosystems in our country and one of the most biodiverse on the planet, but it has also been one of the regions most impacted by gold mining activities, receiving the great discharge of pollutants from these actions. The aim of this work was to determine the concentrations of total arsenic (As-T) and total lead (Pb-T) using atomic absorption spectroscopy, in the muscle of fish species with high consumption and commercial interest in four municipalities of La Mojana (Caimito, Guaranda, San Benito and San Marcos) and evaluate the potential risk to the health of consumers. The results obtained showed that the concentrations of As-T and PbT in all species were below the maximum permissible limit (MPL) established by national and international regulations (1.0 mg/kg for As and 0.3-0.4mg/kg for Pb). In the municipality of Guaranda, the fish species were obtained from the Cauca River and were those that registered the highest concentrations of both metals. The yellow mojarra (Caquetaia kraussi) registered the highest concentration of As-T (159.79 ± 107.85 μg/kg) and Pb-T (50.41 ± 51.79 μg/kg) among all species. Estimated Daily Intake (EDI), Potential Risk (HQ), Total Potential Risk (THQ), Maximum Allowable Fish Consumption Rate (CRlim), Carcinogenic Risk (CR), and Metal Contamination Index (MPI) were evaluated and suggest that there is no risk to the population when consuming these species of fish in any of the four municipalities.

    La comunicación interna asertiva en las organizaciones y su impacto en la mejora de los procesos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el sector servicios

    Mediante la revisión bibliográfica se estudió durante los últimos cinco años la influencia que tiene la comunicación asertiva al interior de las organizaciones en la mejora continua de las actividades del área de seguridad y salud en el trabajo que involucra todos los procesos en las empresas. En las cuales, su incidencia está estrechamente relacionada con el liderazgo que pueda o no tener el personal encargado de la SST, teniendo en cuenta que en un gran número de organizaciones en Colombia aún no está arraigada una cultura de seguridad suficientemente efectiva que permita la consecución del cero daño. En consecuencia, aún se ve a la seguridad como un gasto por los aparentes beneficios intangibles, sin ir más allá del verdadero impacto positivo que se fundamenta con su implementación, esta situación provoca que algunos líderes la consideren como una disciplina poco favorecedora y no centren sus esfuerzos en su gestión y por el contrario se enfoquen solo en la producción, aunque el desarrollo de sus actividades productivas esté alejado de lo que se considera como un trabajo seguro y saludable. Así, la motivación juega un rol fundamental para que el talento humano de una empresa esté alineado con la consecución de los objetivos y políticas organizacionales y la comunicación asertiva y el trabajo en equipo son valores determinantes dentro de los principios que debe arraigar todo líder a su metodología de trabajo.

    Estrés laboral del personal asistencial de salud y la ocurrencia de eventos adversos prevenibles durante la prestación del servicio de salud

    This monograph entitled: Occupational stress of health care personnel and the occurrence of preventable adverse events during the provision of the health service, set out to document the relationship between the occupational stress of health care personnel and the occurrence of preventable unfavorable events during the provision of the health service. The type of study was a scientific, descriptive, research monograph. Documents among books, databases, articles, journals, consulted reports and web records of official sites that deal with the investigated subject were taken as the reference population. It was developed in two phases: one heuristic and the other hermeneutic. The most relevant results that were reached were the following: Most of the scientific documentation on the influence of work stress in the life of the human being, agrees that one of the main factors that generates said stress is the work overload in the health workers, this is even more pronounced in this time of pandemic. The stressful environment to which health workers are exposed generates stress that has a direct effect on their work performance and therefore on the quality of patient care, since this situation can lead to the presence of adverse events, and finally, the most prevalent aspects associated with the appearance of unfavorable events in health care, especially in this time of pandemic, are: inadequate medical equipment, long working hours, exposure to dangerous substances and infectious pathogens, quality of patient care by the health entity where he works, among others. The auditors recommended that health institutions strengthen national policies aimed at counteracting work stress in health workers. In the same way, focus as one of its main actions, guidance mechanisms for health personnel, in such a way that it allows them to adequately handle all the stressors of their profession; thereby facilitating quality care. Finally, generate a Quality Improvement policy, applied to adverse events in times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

    Este proyecto surgió como respuesta a la necesidad de estandarizar la operación de servicio de TI desarrollada por la Mesa de ayuda y servicios de la empresa Record s,a, durante el proyecto se analizó las condiciones actuales de la operación y se detectó innumerables falencias asociadas a la gestión del incidentes y problemas, como consecuencia de no contar con directrices de apoyo para la gestión de los mismos. El presente documento se caracterizó por ser de tipo proyectivo y mixto; como metodología y herramientas utilizadas para la obtención de información se recurrió a las encuestas, entrevistas, valoración de datos históricos, y observación directa como líder de operación. La finalidad de este proyecto fue, proponer y documentar el proceso de gestión de incidentes y problemas, así como los acuerdos de servicios operacionales “OLA” con base en ITIL, cuya aplicación futura partirá mejorar la calidad de servicios de tecnología de la información ofrecidos por el departamento de sistemas de la Tecnología e información, y gestionados a través de la Mesa de ayuda y Servicios.

    Análisis de factores de riesgos operacionales en programa institucional de farmacovigilancia de IPS Córdoba 2019

    Introduction. The Institutional Pharmacovigilance Program (PIFv) is a component of the National Pharmacovigilance Program (PNFv) executed by the Health Service Provider Institutions (IPS). Objective. Analyze the influence of operational risk factors in the PIFv of IPS with medium and high complexity pharmaceutical service in the Department of Córdoba in 2019. Methodology. Observational, cross-sectional study of association and quantitative approach; the population as well as the sample was formed by IPS with a medium and high complexity pharmaceutical service that were the subject of a technical assistance visit to the PIFv by the health section, to collect the information from the survey, the "HPE Software - PIFv" version 00 was designed with which the "HENRI PIFv Scale for the qualification of the implementation of the pharmacovigilance program in IPS" was automated; descriptive and inferential statistics were applied. Results. The technological tool consolidated the findings of each visit into a record, reducing the survey time by 50%. 13.8% of the IPS were of a public nature and 86.2% were from the private sector; 65.5% of the institutions studied classified the PIFv status as "not implemented", 31.1% as "in implementation" and 3.4% as "implemented"; 55.1% of the IPS presented 100% underreporting of Adverse Drug Event (ADE) in 2019; 31% of the IPS that received a technical assistance visit presented a status of the PIFv “not implemented” and underreporting of EAM of 100%; Inferential statistics did not identify significant statistical associations between the variables studied. Conclusion. In the human talent responsible for the PIFv it was observed that work itinerancy, work overload and / or a low training in pharmacovigilance can constitute operational risk factors for PIFv in the IPS studied, the same effect can produce the absence of a program of pharmacovigilance in the health section.

    Resignificación de la enseñanza de la Filosofía en estudiantes de grado decimo de la Institución Educativa "De Leña" (Atlántico) a partir de una propuesta didáctica desde el enfoque crítico

    Philosophy is a school subject that is included in the official National curriculum for tenth and eleventh grade. Students are expected to develop and exercise their thinking skills as a result of their own initiative. However, and from the demand of policies such as "Colombia the Most Educated 2015-2025", a keen interest is assumed to strengthen the components of Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Reading Comprehension and English, suffocating to a certain extent the secondary education curricula, with the institutional objective of exceeding the national average in state tests and in the Synthetic Index of Quality Education. Consequently, I have observed that most students and parents assume Philosophy with less interest and decision, than other subjects, considering this subject as a filling discipline, resulting in disinterest, boredom, little attention and participation in class. Based on these considerations, the present study was carried out at Institución Educativa de Leña, Atlántico, which, from the hermetic paradigm and the phenomenological-descriptive route, linked to the theory of critical thinking, allowed for an exhaustive analysis of the meaning and purpose of the educational actors on the teachinglearning process of philosophy, and from there, explore possible resignifications of educational praxis, which allows, moving from the teaching of philosophy to the educational exercise of philosophizing.

    Evaluación de las características fisicoquímicas y las concentraciones de metales pesados en efluentes de una zona de explotación de minería artesanal de oro en el departamento de Bolívar: estrategias de tratamiento de efluentes

    Este proyecto evalúo la caracterización fisicoquímica de efluentes del distrito minero de San Martin de Loba, departamento de Bolívar, generando datos para la evaluación de riesgo en salud y la planificación y propuesta de un sistema de tratamiento de efluentes. Se realizó un muestreo aleatorizado de efluentes mineros, considerando la distribución espacial de sitios de procesos de extracción de oro en el distrito minero. La caracterización fisicoquímica se realizó en función de la normatividad 0631 de 2015. La concentración de los parámetros SST, SO4, S, CN, Hg, Cd, Fe, Pb, Cu y Cr en el efluente supero los límites permisibles establecidos por la resolución 0631 de 2015 para actividades de extracción de oro y otros metales preciosos en una relación de SST (44.2), SO4 (1.1), S (1.8), CN (6.4), Hg (2650), Cd (2), Fe (19), Pb (7.5), Cu (2.7) y Cr (376). El análisis estadístico multivariado de componentes principales (CP), deduce que la contaminación de los efluentes puede estar asociada a fuentes geofísicas y geológicas. Además, de las actividades de procesamiento de minerales. La evaluación de riesgo en salud demuestra que excepto Cr y Hg presentan valores de índice de riesgo (HQ) menor que uno (1), indicando que éstos metales representan un riesgo potencial para la salud. Para el tratamiento efluentes mineros se propone la utilización de métodos activos que precisan de una operación continua y métodos pasivos en los que la intervención del hombre es mínima. En general los resultados de este proyecto permiten presentar un diagnóstico inicial de la problemática de contaminación de los efluentes mineros de la zona de estudio y serán útiles para seguir desarrollando estrategias de mitigación ambiental por las autoridades ambientales y de salud pertinentes; respondiendo a la necesidad en el manejo y conservación de los recursos naturales y salud pública.

    Comprensión del significado de participación democrática estudiantil para saber elegir representantes al gobierno escolar

    This research addresses the Understanding of the meaning of Democratic Student Participation to Know How to Choose Representatives to the School Government. Its purpose was to understand the meaning of democratic student participation to know how to elect school representatives to the school government in the Santa Maria de Monteria Educational Institution. He focused his actions from the type of Qualitative research, with a Comprehensive Hermeneutical approach and methodological design, the hermeneutical phenomenological method. He used the phenomenological interview and reflective observation. Among the conclusions, the authors highlight that, in recent years, student democratic participation has been approached from different theoretical and practical referents, but that knowing how to choose constitutes an area not explored in depth. In addition, it was possible to penetrate the sphere of consciousness of the speeches given by key informants around the experiences of the campaign process, election and performance of the position. In the same way, a discourse was structured from the thematic and phenomenological essence that reflects how the subjects understand a new meaning of student democratic participation and knowing how to choose representatives of the school government that allow them to reflect on the way in which these processes have been given in the school.

    Impacto de la jornada única escolar en el desempeño académico de los estudiantes: análisis desde el componente acompañamiento pedagógico y recursos humanos en la Institución Educativa "La Ye" periodo 2016-2018

    This research defined the general objective of analyzing the impact generated by the implementation of the Single Day from the components of pedagogical accompaniment and human resources on the academic performance of students at La Ye Educational Institution in the years 2016-2018. It was methodologically based on the interpretive paradigm, with a qualitative research approach and a case study method, the research participants were 30 11th grade students, 3 teachers and 2 teacher directors. The documentary analysis, the survey and the interview were implemented as information gathering techniques. The results were that the implementation of the single day generated different changes in the study plans, pedagogical support and human resources in the aforementioned institution, which influenced the improvement of the results of the knowing 11 tests. It was concluded that the single day in its pedagogical and human resources component was configured as an improvement tool in the school processes developed in the La Ye Educational Institution, because it focused its attention on strengthening the teaching practices of teachers from reflection as a whole and a critical look at them. In addition, it allowed the transformation of the dynamics of review and adjustments to institutional documents. With the implementation of the single day at the La Ye Educational Institution, a positive impact was generated in the academic performance of the students and in the pedagogical practice of the teachers, as well as in the fulfillment of the institutional goals and the improvement of the educational quality

    Estudio de competencias científicas para el aprendizaje y la enseñanza de ciencias en undécimo grado a mediante el aprendizaje basado en problemas

    At present, the explanation of various phenomena associated with the teaching of natural sciences, has presented adverse situations related to traditional methodologies, the scarcity of tools and resources of a didactic nature, adversely affecting learning and the development of scientific competences in students. The objective of this study was to improve the appropriation and development of scientific competences from the use of problem-based learning didactic units in eleventh grade students of the Germán Gómez Peláez school of Puerto Libertador-Córdoba. in a type of qualitative research, focused on the case study, carried out from the analysis of the classroom context, a self-evaluation exercise carried out with 32 11th grade students and interviews with 8 natural science teachers from this educational institution . The findings of this research showed that most of the students are unaware of the importance of scientific competences, showing a low level of ownership of these competences. Similarly, teachers show little appropriation regarding the use of didactic methodologies and strategies that favor the learning and development of scientific competences, therefore the implementation of the didactic proposal related to the design of didactic units under the learning approach based on problems for the teaching of Natural Sciences.

    Contribución del programa todos a aprender (PTA) al desarrollo de las competencias comunicativas de los estudiantes de básica primaria de la Institución Educativa Rancho Grande

    Este artículo muestra los resultados de un estudio evaluativo sobre el estado de las competencias comunicativas, en materia de la enseñanza del lenguaje y la utilización del programa Todos a Aprender (PTA), al realizar procesos de lectura, escritura y oralidad. Este proyecto se realizó en la Institución Educativa Rancho Grande, sede Miraflores, en Montería- Córdoba, durante los años 2017 y 2019, con estudiantes de primero a quinto de primaria y algunos docentes. En donde se asumió una metodología de carácter cualitativo, con un diseño metodológico evaluativo; que pretendió evaluar las contribuciones del programa, por medio de actividades y materiales que ofrece el PTA, para comprender sí se están desarrollando las competencias comunicativas de los estudiantes o si hay algún avance a partir de las mismas. De igual manera, describió cómo el PTA, se convierte en un elemento de apoyo para docentes y estudiantes, en aras de conseguir el mejoramiento de dichas habilidades comunicativas. Los resultados mostraron que la aplicación de las estrategias y secuencias didácticas, se tomaron en gran parte como herramientas de trabajo, lo que evidenció la poca empatía que existe con el programa por estudiantes y maestros. Se concluyó que la contribución fue positiva.

    Escenario de construcción conjunta del conocimiento mediado por las TIC en el área de filosofía en la Institución Educativa Normal Superior de Sahagún-Córdoba

    The objective of this research was to assess the impact of the implementation of knowledge construction scenarios in the area of philosophy, mediated by the creation of a YouTube channel in the 10th grade of the Higher Normal Educational Institution of Sahagún, Córdoba. It was assumed a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological modality, with an action research approach. In which observation, the focal group and the interview were applied as techniques for the collection of information. The result was that the pedagogical practices of the philosophy teachers of the institution under study did not integrate much to ICTs, which deserved an intervention process mediated by a technological resource that responded to the students' learning needs. The research concluded that the creation of a You Tube channel allowed an easy understanding of the development of the learning activities proposed in the pedagogical proposal, which awoke in the students an active participation that favored and motivated enthusiasm for learning, and the valuation of philosophical knowledge and their personal achievements. Likewise, the students preferred the transversal use of ICT in academic activities, leading to the rethinking of traditional methodologies (board and marker) for the development of academic activities.

    Desarrollos curriculares presentes en la educación para los derechos humanos: Institución Educativa el Carito

    Human rights education is an aspect of great importance in the curricular processes of schools, so the school must provide itself with a strategy that allows the participation of the educational community and that especially students in all learning spaces can experience human rights, developing in them values that promote the achievement of peace, social cohesion and respect for human dignity. Therefore, this research defined as an objective to establish the curricular developments present in the education for the experience of human rights in the Educational Institution El Carito, Córdoba, Colombia. It was based on a type of qualitative descriptive research and required the understanding and analysis of the information obtained through documentary analysis and the interview, developed to obtain data for the purpose of evaluating curricular developments, the presence of human rights education in the aforementioned educational institution. The result was that institutional documents define mechanisms for the participation of the educational community, duties and rights, and participation in decision-making that allows human rights to be experienced in the institution. In addition, in the area of social sciences, pedagogical practices are developed that promote human rights among students, through transversal projects and the application of teaching strategies that guarantee the presence of human rights in the classroom. It was concluded that human rights are experienced through interaction and participation of all members, as a broad process of exchange of information, opinions and feelings expressed both with our verbal and non-verbal attitude.

    People with disabilities had been segregated by the years. The process of creating technologies for orientation and mobility learing (O & M) is not an exception. Most of the O y M tech was made for and without people with disabilities. In this Project, we use a qualitative research approach named action-research. The techniques involved in that purposes was: participative observation, non-structured focal group, and non-structured interviews The main process to analyze the data is the content analysis approach, preserving the sense and the meaning of the voices of the people.     Evaluación del arsénico (As), cadmio (Cd), mercurio (Hg) y plomo (Pb) en peces, crustáceos y moluscos de mayor consumo en Isla Fuerte (Caribe colombiano): estimación del riesgo por ingesta a la salud humana

    Heavy metals are a special worldwide concern due their environmental persistency; these pollutants can accumulate and exponentially increase their levels, representing a high ecological and toxicological risk when they generate pollution processes in the biota and marine ecosystems. This work evaluates the concentrations of arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg) and lead (Pb) in muscle of fish, crustaceans and mollusks, as well as the potential risk to human health associated with the consumption of this species in Isla Fuerte - Colombian Caribbean. The individuals studied were captured by fishermen of the Island between march and october in 2019, in capture areas considered of transit, stay and feeding of fish, crustaceans and mollusks using traditional fishing techniques such as fishhook, manual capture and immersion with snorkel. A total of 138 individuals were sampled, corresponding to 112 adult fish, 16 adult crustaceans and 10 adult mollusks. The quantification of arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) in muscle of sampled individuals was carried out by atomic absorption spectrophotometry with graphite furnace (GFAAS), the quantification of mercury (Hg) was carried out by the US EPA-7473 method (thermal decomposition, amalgamation, and atomic absorption spectrometry), using a direct mercury analyzer (DMA-80). In this sense, fish species Balistes capriscus showed the highest concentrations of As (6272 ± 2791 ng/g) and Caranx hippos, the highest concentrations of Hg (381,26 ± 52 ng/g), both species with carnivorous habits.     The objective of this research was to understand the School-Family relationship in rural conditions as part of the integral development process of the 5th grade students of the Besito Volao Educational Institution, Palma de Vino headquarters. To achieve the objective, the theoretical foundation was based on the concepts of family, school and their relationship, taking into account the rural characteristics of these two entities and the contribution to the integral development of the students. Methodologically, the research was qualitative with an ethnographic method, working with 14 families of the students of the grade mentioned above, applying observation, documentary review and interview as information gathering techniques. The result was that there is no articulation of families with school processes, no teaching strategies or resources are evidenced to link the social and family context in activities within the classroom. Likewise, in institutional documents, there is no clear evidence of programs, policies or activities that establish the relationship between the school and the family. The study concludes that the family in rural conditions is characterized by assigning great importance to the role of the school in the community, therefore, it makes efforts to allow children to attend the educational establishment so that they receive education from the students. teachers, therefore, the family training function is delegated to the school. The role of the family in school processes must be materialized in the classroom, through articulation strategies that respond to a mission and vision that the school proposes, likewise, the school must know the families that belong to it and this way create the relevant tools to link it more easily

    Transversalidad de la formación en valores en las prácticas de enseñanza de los docentes de la básica secundaria de la Institución Etnoeducativa los Córdobas

    Training in values is considered an essential element in the integral education of people. Therefore, the present research study aimed to implement a pedagogical strategy for the mainstreaming of training in values in the pedagogical exercise of elementary school teachers of the Ethnoeducational Institution Los Córdobas as the starting point of the process. For this, a type of qualitative research with an action research approach was defined, the interview, the focus group and a rubric for the evaluation of the strategy to collect the information were applied. The analysis of the information collected was carried out by means of data triangulation. It was obtained as a result that the pedagogical practices of the teachers under study were characterized by the absence of values as a component within their classes, therefore, a virtual pedagogical strategy for training in values was designed and implemented for these teachers. This research concludes that theoretical and practical tools were provided to improve the teaching-learning process of values. However, there was a parallel benefit because teachers strengthened their knowledge about technological tools and their use. In addition, the use and implementation of the Moodle platform will include understanding in an easy way the realization of the learning activities proposed in the intervention proposal, which aroused committed participation in the teachers that favored and motivated enthusiasm for learning, and assessment of the transversality of values in teaching-learning.

    Desarrollo territorial integrado en la ciudad de Montería y su área de influencia

    The city of Montería in recent decades has extended its area of influence to areas commonly defined as rural, that is, areas of agrarian traditions associated with nature and agriculture, which has gradually caused the rural area, apparently, to fade into the socioeconomic group. Essential situation for present and future scenarios in planning and (re) land use planning. The realization of this research allowed to comprehensively evaluate the territorial development in the city of Montería and its area of influence, identifying strengths and weaknesses of the territorial system, in the selected area, in such a way that it made it possible to define alternatives for planning and territorial development, stimulating the spatial dynamics of the territory, contributing to the improvement in terms of spatial organization. In addition to the above, a strategic planning plan was designed to stimulate and promote Integrated Territorial Development in the studied area. The ethnographic, cartographic, analytical and synthetic research methods, taken into account as theoretical-methodological support, were articulated with the conceptual axis proposed for the development of the research. We worked with themes and approaches, from different authors, related to territory, city, topophilia, territorial cohesion, planning, management, ordering and territorial development. All this under the postulates and axes of the geographical discipline, specifically from urban, regional and perceptual geography, without ignoring some analytical references from other sub-disciplines of geography (economic, cultural and environmental). An investigation formulated in terms of planning and (re) ordering the geographic space allows to contrast and substantiate the territorial reality of places and regions from a geographic perspective under the consideration of key concepts and theories, within the framework of an integrated territorial development that contributes to the recognition and assessment of important aspects for the improvement of the quality of life of the population, in conclusion, it can be affirmed that the development of this research showed results that account for the existence, in Montería and its area of influence, of conditions keys to better planning and management of resources, aimed at Integrated Territorial Development.
