dc.description.abstractLa sífilis congénita, es una enfermedad producida por la infección del feto a causa de la bacteria Treponema pallidum, se puede transmitir mediante vía transplacentaria o durante el parto, cuando el recién nacido tiene contacto con las lesiones genitales maternas. Objetivo: Analizar un caso clínico de sífilis congénita en un neonato pretérmino de madre migrante, mediante la aplicación del protocolo de atención con el fin de plantear estrategias desde el ámbito profesional de enfermería. Metodología: Estudio de caso de tipo descriptivo, en donde se aplican encuestas estructuradas y los datos recolectados se analizan a partir de la inteligencia artificial, haciendo uso de la herramienta minería de datos, el llamado TEST MINING. Resultados: Las tres entrevistas revelaron; la madre demostró desinterés en los controles, debilidad asistencial la no captación oportuna, se pone en manifiesto la importancia de la articulación entre las instituciones del sistema, dejando en entrevista el papel fundamental que juega el profesional de salud en las unidades de atención quienes son la base del cuidado, quienes deben aplicar los protocolos y guías de atención para llevar a buen término los casos de sífilis. Conclusión: se evidencia la necesidad de concientizar a la madre de su compromiso ante el embarazo, tratamiento de la enfermedad, se propone a las profesionales estrategias en la prestación del servicio, además se promueven futuras investigaciones.spa
dc.description.abstractIntroduction: Congenital syphilis is a disease caused by infection of the fetus due to the bacteria Treponema pallidum. It can be transmitted transplacentally or during childbirth, when the newborn has contact with the maternal genital lesions. Objective: To analyze a clinical case of congenital syphilis in a preterm neonate of a migrant mother, through the application of the care protocol in order to propose strategies from the professional nursing field. Methodology: Case study with a retros pective descriptive qualitative approach, where structured surveys are applied and the data collected is analyzed using artificial intelligence, using the data mining tool, the so-called TEST MINING. Results: The three interviews revealed; the need for complete and immediate treatment and extremely careful monitoring of the mother and her baby, in addition, the importance of the articulation between the IPS and EPS is revealed, also revealing the fundamental role that the health professional plays in the care units who are the basis of care, the importance of prenatal check-ups, newborn care and the application of management protocols to bring syphilis cases to a successful conclusion is also highlighted. Conclusion: The results from the experience of what happened have strength and propose tools for improvement, they lack doubts, they also become interesting and open the door to future research.eng
