The best way to achieve this is to create collaborative groups and divide the work among them so they would, individually, take responsibility for the collective good, exercise, and demonstrate leadership by reflecting on their part with their peers, awakening their curiosity, and inspiring them to do it on their own. This document focuses on transformational leadership, which is the basis for changing students' mindsets to a more critical one, encouraging them to generate new ideas, being more considerate of their peers, being good listeners, and being adaptable to their circumstances. The assumptions of transformational leadership are discussed, emphasizing the importance of personal values, beliefs, and qualities of the leader in driving change. The paper also highlights the benefits of collaborative work in understanding leadership dynamics and shaping oneself as a professional and teacher-leader. Furthermore, the concept of leadership empowerment is explored, emphasizing the significance of providing autonomy, support, and resources to educators to improve their professional expertise and foster student achievement. Team members could easily quit the ideal if they are not committed to it; in order to keep people involved with one another and with the goal, leaders must adapt and change their leadership perspective. In this personal leadership statement, we reflected on the diverse concepts and our perception of what being a good leader means, our assumptions, empowerment, and implications for the future. The paper concludes by emphasizing the implications of leadership empowerment for the future of education, stressing the need for autonomy, professional development, and a culture of collaboration to foster innovation and personal growth, urging a shift in educational leadership perspectives.Publicación Acceso abierto Relación entre estilos de liderazgo, resiliencia y productividad laboral en los trabajadores del sector de restaurantes, bares y discotecas(2022-10-07) Cortés Castaño, Laura; Pombo Hernández, Luz Carime; Hernández Riaño, Helman HenriqueThis research established the relationship between Leadership Styles, Resilience and Labor Productivity, which was carried out with 200 participants from the bars, restaurants and discotheques sector of Sincelejo, Colombia. The Multifactor Leadership questionnaire (instrument to measure leadership styles), CD-RISC 10 (questionnaire to measure resilience) and the Labor Productivity survey questionnaire were applied to the sample. The data analysis was executed through the Models of Structural Equations, according to the results a direct correlation was identified between the variables of Resilience and Labor Productivity. While with the variable of Leadership Styles it was not possible to establish a representative relationship for the population.
