Publicación Acceso abierto Dinámicas socio-territoriales y temperatura superficial terrestre en el área urbana de Lorica y su zona de influencia durante el período 2013 – 2022(2023-08-12) Correa Ramos, Denilson José; Hernández Sabié, Richard MiguelThe (re)temporal-spatial reconfiguration of the influence zone of the urban area of Lorica is the result of an accumulation over time of complex natural and cultural processes that reflect the territorial realities of the communities in economic and socio-environmental terms, and are also a determining factor in the behavior of land surface temperature and its impacts in different areas of the territory. Through this research, tangible elements were identified that show the transformation of the territory and its relationship with climatic factors such as temperature. The behavior of land cover and land use was cartographically represented using spatial analysis techniques, along with the calculation of land surface temperature, employing remote sensing processes, taking into account the dry season of the year. Subsequently, socio-territorial dynamics were analyzed in relation to the spatial-temporal changes in land cover and the variability of land surface temperature between the years 2013 and 2022, in order to develop a diagnosis that allowed establishing the correlation between socio-territorial dynamics and their degree of incidence in the fluctuation of land surface temperature. The methods used in this research were cartographic, through which the temporality and spatial behavior of land cover and land use, as well as land surface temperature during the established time period, were graphically represented. Additionally, analytical-descriptive and correlational approaches were employed using qualitative and quantitative techniques to perform statistical calculations associated with the variability of land cover surfaces and land surface temperature values. This research was supported by the theoretical-conceptual postulates of environmental geography, urban geography, and the foundations of landscape critique as elements that allow understanding the territory in its various aspects, as well as emerging theories related to the transformation of the natural environment, the climate crisis, and the development of territories in response to the challenges of climate change. Ultimately, understanding territorial realities and community dynamics required a geographic approach, as it enables the integration and analysis of the natural and anthropic dynamism that occurs in the territory. However, the use of spatial theory, new techniques, geotechnological tools, and new approaches to territorial analysis are fundamental to accurately depict the reality of the environment and propose short, medium, and long-term solutionsPublicación Acceso abierto Variación espacial y temporal del espejo de agua correspondiente a la Ciénaga de Ayapel - Córdoba durante el periodo 2000-2018(2020-10-29) Torres Pereira, Karen Lorena; Puerta Avilés, Oscar AntonioThis internship report presents the theoretical and methodological development of the spatial and temporal variation of the water mirror corresponding to the Ayapel - Córdoba swamp during the period 2000-2018. As well as addressing the identification of the Ciénaga de Ayapel water mirror in the 2000-2018 time series and finally through an analysis establishes the factors that are associated with changes in the water resource. Through the tools provided by the ArcMap software and the legend Corine Land Cover, resulting in thematic cartography that reflects the identification of the body of water by spectral indices, land cover in the period 2000-2018, also allowing contribute to the enrichment of knowledge and the input of environmental information to the government of the department of Córdoba.
